Expert Witness

Expert witness consultation provides in-depth review of medical and psychological records relating to head injuries, re-analysis of psychological and neuropsychological data, with up-to-date verification of findings and recommendations from the scientific literature.  The consultation precedes deposition and trial appearances and may include additional evaluation or provide non-testifying support for direct or cross-examination of other experts.  Dr. Franklin provides testimony at deposition and trial following Expert Witness Consultation.
