Dr. Franklin provides guidance in the establishment of human abilities evaluations, psycho-social  treatment programs, family therapy programs, and compliance management for a variety of chronic medical conditions affecting children.  Disorders such as Heart Disease, Asthma, Spina Bifida, Skin Diseases, Sickle Cell Disease, Gastrointestinal Disorders, Diabetes, Cystic Fibrosis and conditions producing Physical Disabilities and Craniofacial Anomalies create a variety of social and emotional conditions that benefit from pediatric neuropsychological services.
