Progress Monitoring

Instructional programs work best when they experience independent and random monitoring.  Independent monitoring allows schools to identify and correct breaches in state and federal mandates before deficits appear in program evaluations or government audits.  Should violations occur, independent monitoring provides evidence of good faith that can mitigate fines or penalties.
